I had the most incredible head spa experience and can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up. The room itself was stunning — such a peaceful, thoughtfully designed space that instantly helped me relax. Laura was absolutely fantastic. She was so professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring without interrupting the relaxing atmosphere.

The treatment itself was on another level. It was so soothing that I actually fell asleep, which never happens for me! Every part of the experience felt carefully done, and I genuinely felt like I drifted off into another world. It was the perfect escape from the stress of everyday life.

I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already wanting to book again. I couldn’t recommend this enough — such a special experience and worth every moment.

The chemical peel was amazing, Laura very clearly explained the process to me in terms of what to expect during and after, she is really knowledgeable and skilled, and my skin is now glowing!

I then experienced the most incredible headspa, I was in heaven, it felt absolutely sublime, my scalp is so clean and my hair has never been so soft afterwards. Laura used high quality products.
